The Herrington Group was contracted to design and facilitate a customizable workshop in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Customer Service Standard (O.Reg. 429\/07). An additional component to the contract was to provide a “train-the-Trainer” component, preparing staff for disseminating the program internally to all municipal employees, volunteers, and agents.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Partnership involves assisting six independent municipalities with unique needs and approaches, who have come together cooperatively; however, The Herrington Group services each municipality as an individual client.
